5 years minimum previous experience in a Project management role supported by an APMP, Prince2 or similar qualification. Good interpersonal skills will be essential. Along with the essential skills and experience below:

Successful candidates will be assigned to regulatory/mandatory/strategic Programmes within the Pega Workflow domain area, having an understanding from an operational as well as a business perspective would be beneficial.

Project Manager, the following attributes are desired


  • Evidence of entire lifecycle experience, full range of  Project Management techniques
  • Proven track record in operating as a Lead IT PM acting as  the conduit between business and technical teams
  • Experienced with both Iterative/Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience in process capture, analysis and design
  • Experience of developing and managing requirements in relation to workflow automation
  • Understanding of PEGA workflow and automation at the process level
  • Experience in leading IT projects and programmes in a PEGA centric application development life cycle
  • Experience in requirements sizing to deliver automation solution using PEGA


  • Financial Services experience, exposure to large complex organisations
  • Experience  leading  with matrix managed and offshore teams
  • Awareness of RCC experience and UML & production of use cases
