You’ll define and shape project objectives, scope requirements and evaluate solutions, operating in a diverse stakeholder environment. Your remit will also include ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
You’ll need a minimum of 3 years previous experience in a Business Analysis role supported by an ISEB or similar qualification. Good interpersonal skills will be essential.

Evidence of entire lifecycle experience, full range of business analysis artefacts and techniques
Proven track record in operating as an IT BA; the conduit between business and technical teams
Experienced with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Experience in process capture, analysis and design
Experience of developing and managing requirements in relation to workflow automation
Experience of UML & production of use cases
Data analysis & modelling
Understanding of PEGA workflow and automation at the process level
Experience in working as an IT BA in a PEGA centric application development life cycle
Experience in requirements sizing to deliver automation solution using PEGA
Good understanding of PEGA out of box functionality
Desirable
Financial Services experience, exposure to large complex organisations
Experience working with matrix and offshore teams
RRC experience
ISEB Certifications in Business Analysis (Preferably requirements engineering and Process modelling)
Experience in requirements elicitation using active prototyping using PEGA customisation options
PEGA Certified Business Architect
