Responsible for the development and maintenance, of clickable prototypes for Digital propositions. The prototypes will mirror the “as-is” Online Capability.
To support the delivery of new design solutions for the Digital Team, helping to define and deliver innovative change in the Online Digital channels.
Create innovative customer propositions and improvements so that they can easily be assessed by stakeholders and clients.
Demonstrate how emerging technologies might be applied to Online Banking propositions (e.g. Near Field Communications (NFC) on ‘phones, HTML5 cross-platform, responsive design, second screen, private cloud etc)
To grow knowledge around my clients core systems and how we use those systems with a view to understanding the real and imagined constraints that influence designs and being clearly able to distinguish between the two.
To showcase what Digital is doing now and what may be possible in the future.
Production and delivery of a clickable / functional prototype (wireframes or prototypes)
Work with the Development team as required to assist in the smooth delivery of the functionality built in the prototype into the live channel.
Create UI / UX design specifications
Work with usability specialists to conduct customer studies of prototypes and existing interfaces, iterate designs based on usability test results.
Key Knowledge / Experience
Thorough knowledge of the software development lifecycle
Solid experience in prototype development including the working on user interface designs
Outstanding communication, organisation, time management and interpersonal skills
Design fundamentals, including information design, visual design, industry UI standards for web-based and mobile applications.
