Our client is looking to appoint an Security Operations Manager to drive change transformation from manual recertification to fully automated recertification platform across the banking estate.

This role requires a charasmatic, influential, team and operations manager with excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills to drive this change transformation across vast platforms and applications within the banking environment.

The role responsibility is to be the SME on recertification management, manage onshore and offshore teams and drive change through a multitude of commercial and retail banking stakeholders.

My client is looking for a strong IT security operations background, performance management, team review, staff tracking, recertification management and experience with the ARP toolset.

This role requires a strong peoples manager, strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to drive operational security recertification change initives across a wide and varied stakeholder base.
