Reporting to the London Sales Manager, primary responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the generation of client leads through research for campaigns
  • Answer client queries regarding sales or contract administration
  • Prepare sales documentation including proposal, RFI, RFQ and presentations
  • Be actively involved in all lead generation (tele-campaigns, conferences, usergroup meetings, networking meetings etc.)
  • Present the success of each lead generation campaign based on defined parameters
  • Raise quotations and chasing sales quotes
  • Maintain good customer relations
  • Producing reports based upon weekly and monthly sales activities
  • Maintaining client records in the CRM system
  • Be willing to learn and progress into a more active sales role

Skills and Experience:

Business
Administrative, secretarial and preferably tele-sales experience.

Technical
Excellent Microsoft office skills

Soft Skills

  • Cultural awareness
  • Excellent time management
  • Willing to travel when required
  • Market knowledge (banking and financial services, including compliance) a distinct advantage
  • Good presentation skills
