Reporting to the London Sales Manager, primary responsibilities include:
- Assist in the generation of client leads through research for campaigns
- Answer client queries regarding sales or contract administration
- Prepare sales documentation including proposal, RFI, RFQ and presentations
- Be actively involved in all lead generation (tele-campaigns, conferences, usergroup meetings, networking meetings etc.)
- Present the success of each lead generation campaign based on defined parameters
- Raise quotations and chasing sales quotes
- Maintain good customer relations
- Producing reports based upon weekly and monthly sales activities
- Maintaining client records in the CRM system
- Be willing to learn and progress into a more active sales role
Skills and Experience:
Business
Administrative, secretarial and preferably tele-sales experience.
Technical
Excellent Microsoft office skills
Soft Skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Cultural awareness
- Excellent time management
- Willing to travel when required
- Market knowledge (banking and financial services, including compliance) a distinct advantage
- Good presentation skills
