Overall Job Purpose

The role is within Operations & Technology, reporting to the Senior Manager for Supply & Demand in Change Performance & Control Team. The major objective of the role is to provide technical expertise and business unit implementation leadership for the Global Navigator service.

Key Accountabilities & approximate time split (%)

Change Management (80%)
*Contribute best practice, analysis, development, testing, comms and training management skills to the programme of HP PPM roll out.
*Cross-skilling and knowledge transfer of best practice for the product to teams.

Product Strategy (10%)
*Development of customer journey and best practice usage roadmap for HP PPM.

Technical Roadmap (10%)
*Contribute to the technical roadmap for the Global Navigator product
*Participate in technical, architectural and other internal forums ensuring the product develops in line with relevant initiatives – related upgrades, integration with other products, removal and challenge of duplication

Person Specification

Key Competencies
*Good technical knowledge in HP PPM version 8.x and above
*Quality, High Standards & Controls
*Service Excellence

*Proven change management and implementation track record
*Technical knowledge covering key areas, to include performance and tuning, security and controls
*Good functional knowledge of PPMC across all modules
*Qualified ITIL professional and service management experience
*Proficient communication skills both spoken and written
