Role Summary 

You will be working as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience consultant / developer with experience with both on-site and cloud deployments.  

Demonstrable solid background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 business analysis, configuration, customisation and development. 

A customer facing Role so excellent communication skills by phone, at workshops to a technical and non-technical audience. Travel will be required 33% of the time. 

Working with the development team, acting as an escalation point for complex customer support and change management activities.  

Providing presales support for Dynamics 365 tenders and converting requirements into deliverable items to drive business unit growth. 

EvaluatIon of new Dynamics 365 features as they are released, and determine how they can enhance our Dynamics 365 offerings. 

Leading a team of engineers during project delivery from time to time.

Essential Technical Skills  

  • (Expert 5+ years) Dynamics 365 on-site / online including requirements capture, solution design, tenancy onboarding, customisations including custom entities, fields, dashboards, reports, workflows and data migration 
  • (Expert 5+ years) relational data design / data architecture both Dynamics 365 customisations, with wider integrations between Dynamics 365 and other relational data systems 
  • (2+ years) Microsoft Power platform, Power Apps, Portal, Automate and Power BI 
  • Desirable, Other CRM-based Membership systems…
