Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Lead Business Analyst who has worked within Commercial Banking, Wealth and International, High Net Wealth financial services programmes.

Our Clients Commercial Banking is made up of 3 key components:

Client Relationships – Small, Medium Enterprise Mid Markets, Global Corporations, Financial Institution.
Product Management – Private Equities, Capital and Financial Markets, Transactional Banking, Lending.
Delivery and Support  – Risk, HR, Finance, Audit Ops, Transformation, IT, Strategy, Legal, Corporate Affairs, Marketing & Compliance

Current Programmes:
Customers – development support of front line technology solutions
Transactional Banking – covering client onboarding, digital channels and product development

Transactional Banking provides core banking products and services for organisations. The channel and account offerings for the delivery of cash management, such as liquidity, payments and receivables in currency, pooling and sweeping, agency solutions, card issuance, trade and supply chain finance and merchant services.

Expertise in one or more of these products, “account migrations and/or e-channel development and support”, would be an advantage.

The Lead Business Analyst defines the business analysis component of the business change agenda, portfolio or major Programme and drives the quality and delivery of business analysis across the complex programmes and portfolios to ensure the right solutions are developed to meet business needs.

You will have the ability to demonstrate knowledge of, both the client and commercial aspects of wholesale banking and/or digital channels.
Knowledge of Commercial, Small and Medium Enterprise, Corporate / Investment banking products, platforms and processes with an understanding of Wholesale Banking products and operations in general.
Knowledge and understanding of wholesale business propositions, products and solutions.
Work in an collaborative way, integrated in an multi disciplined team with the ability to challenge stakeholders where necessary.
Customer focused – the ability to articulate, illicit and own true end customer needs at a macro and micro level and balance the design appropriately.
Commercially focused  – Balance the design appropriately understanding the detailed financial drivers behind a project.
Experience of Agile, Waterfall or Iterative analysis, design methods, UML is also desirable but not essential.
Proven Track Record showing your ability to lead, shape complex large scale projects and distributed teams.
