My client is looking to appoint the following Head of Programme Delivery for Wholesale Credit Risk Systems for the following:
Knowledge of CREDIT RISK Modelling / Ecosystems and their
detailed implementations coupled to industry best-practice;
Extensive industry experience and knowledge of Credit Risk Processes &
Capabilities spanning BASELII/III;
Ability to engage & influence senior RISK business specialists via detailed
understanding of their area and operation/objectives and associated
processes;
Knowledge of specialist RISK Modelling approaches and associated IT
toolsets/capabilities;
Excellent Senior Stakeholder Communications / Influencing Skills up to
COO-level.
Desirable Skills:
An understanding of Risk strategy within the financial services
market-place and how IT can best support and drive successful performance;
Detailed knowledge of alternative IT delivery processes and approaches in
use across the market ie AGILE;
Experience of consulting across a range of sectors, disciplines and
stakeholders;
This Head of Delivery appointment has between 15-30 Direct Reports, Team Size of 150+ and regular programmes of £15m+ running concurrently.
