Our Tier 1 Banking client is currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with previous experience working within an digital company / practice.

Ideally you will have experience presenting to executive level, strategic planning, change transformation, retention, creating and driving performance and the ability to influence policy.

You will be responsible for Digital Practice HR programmes, project, leadership of multi-functional teams, driving behavioural change and looking to deliver continuos improvement.

Steering the review of all content of materials used for effective communication and implementation of HR policy.

Risk assessment evaluation for financial, people, regulatory and operational are managed and mitigated effectively.

Drive effective talent management, resourcing and capablity development to ensure succession plans are effective and sustainable.
