Our client are seeking a passionate, experienced SharePoint Delivery Consultant.

The successful candidate will have previous consulting experience in gathering requirements, designing and implementing the operational aspects of a Microsoft 365 cloud-native and/or hybrid solution. You must be able to demonstrate how the technologies fit together and align with customer use cases. The role incorporates elements of delivery, as well as the facilitation of workshops and other duties such as speaking at events and assisting other team members.

You will have demonstrable knowledge of implementing out-of-the-box Microsoft 365 solutions, principally Modern SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and the Power Platform product suite. Showcasing capabilities in Azure AD and associated Azure services for Security & Compliance, Viva, and Syntex is advantageous. 

Pre-sales work may be required, such as attending tender presentations, writing proposals etc.  In future, travel may also required as part of this role.

The role and responsibilities include:

  • Engage with stakeholders and determine requirements for new / modified systems through consultation with clients and colleagues 
  • Undertake feasibility studies of software solutions through specifying functional details and costing, equipment, staffing and operational procedures
  • Provide advice and recommendations to stakeholders based on experience within specialist technology area
  • Delivery of customer focused engagements – Training / End User Adoption
  • Collaborate with Project Management Office to ensure timely and qualitive delivery of projects
  • Provide advice and recommendations to stakeholders based on experience within specialist technology area



  •  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  •  In-Depth knowledge of SharePoint (On-Premise and Online) and Microsoft 365 governance models and policies 
  •  Solid understanding of the Microsoft eco-system, and related technology / solution concepts
  •  Power Platform Experience, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate 
  •  Business Analysis / Business Systems Analysis
  •  Chairing workshops of varying sizes
  •  Ability to deliver Consultancy engagements
  •  Customer relationship management 
  •  Presentation skills
  •  Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)


  •  Web development fundamentals, e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript Frameworks, Usability 
  •  In-depth experience with developing Power BI reports 
  •  Agile delivery methodologies 
  •  Working knowledge of SPfX & PnP framework
  •  Knowledge of Nintex/K2 products would be advantageous
