My Financial Services client is looking for Senior Business Analysts (Human Resources SME) to work from their London offices focused currently on HR programmes.

Core Purpose of Role:

Senior Business and IT Stakeholder engagement and management.

This role does not have line management responsibilities but does carry task management requirements.

Agile methodology, Rational Composer, UML, Data Analysis, Modelling and Pega workflow.

Leadership of the design and drive this trough your team to completion.

  • Experience of working on HR projects in a lead BA capacity, or as part of an IT team (*)
  • Ability to work in a diverse environment, in partnership with internal IT partners and 3rd party suppliers
  • Experience of SAP HCM would be desirable.

Knowledge & use of the Rational tool set

·         Experience of UML & production of use cases

·         Data analysis & modelling

·         Involvement in projects/programmes using an Agile approach
