Digital Business Analysts required for major customer contact change transformational programmes.

Responsibilities

Critical evaluation of business ideas from a customer and a commerical point of view. Responsible for facilitating the clear articulation of the end to end customer proposition and supporting the development of a detailed benefits case.

Driving out the core business outcomes that are required to realise the customer and business propositons.

Responsible for developing the end to end functional design of the project/s down to detailed specifiction level and for ensuring a complete and cohesive design encompassing customer experience design, opps design and solution design, including  the identification and resolution of marco and micro design desisions. Also responsible for the validation and approval of the design.

Responsible for supporting the PM from an approach, method and estimating point of view. Responsible for manaing small teams of BA’s and for identifing and succinctly define risks and issues to effectivly drive the successful delivery of the project

Build strong relationships with business and senior stakeholders to manage objections and approvals efficiently across the range of product, channel, legal, compliance and fraud stakeholders. Responsible for closing down debate on requirements scope and detail in order to keep the delivery on track

Developing a full end to end view of the project and taking a level of accountability for benefits delivery

The ability to articulate online customer behaviour, infulence their decisions to meet with the business needs.

Knowledge

Business analysis – Strong core BA skills including requirements elicitation, process design and specification documentation alongside knowledge of BA techniques and tools

eCommerce – Ability to demonstrate a keen interest in, and knowledge of the customer and commercial aspects of eCommerce

Retail banking – Ability to demonstrate knowledge of Retail banking products and processes (Previous Banking Experience not essential)

Experience

Deep Business Analysis experience as above

eCommerce – experience of working in an eCommerce environment with exposure to internet customer and business propositions

Large scale business and technology change projects
